The Villas at Hawks Peak is a notable luxury renovation to a Seven Devils landmark that is true to the prestigious image of this resort community. A leading team designed the condominiums incorporating the original elements of some of the most distinguishing features of the beloved building into eight premier condominiums approximately 2,000 square feet each.
Residents and guests will be impressed at the first sighting of the Villas and the expansive long range views from the top of the mountain. The building with its hand-hewned beams and stone columns lends itself to the prominent status of the community.
The building encompasses four condominiums on the Main Level and four on the Penthouse Level. The Villas’ attractive foyers are enhanced with design specific architectural lighting. The Main Floor homes include some of the original hand-hewn wooden beams in the high ceilings that were signatures of the restaurant that was formerly housed on that floor. For the Penthouse Level, the Villa's interior designer chose a “Mountain Metropolitan” design which retained the sweeping vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams of the original building. The look is reminiscent of the sophisticated lofts of SoHo and TriBeCa. Each condo features a Great Room, start-of-the-art kitchen, master bedroom suite, two guest bedrooms, and two baths.
